Current Status

I work as a software engineer at Agresso R&D AS.

Work Background

I worked as a quality engineer at Kongsberg Defence Communications from 2003 to 2005. I have worked as quality consultant at at Ericsson AS in Oslo, Norway, with process, quality and configuration management work within Circuit Switched Mobile Multimedia.

I worked at Ericsson from 1995 until 2002. I started as a software designer, working with software design and test for user services for telephone switches. I later shifted to work as methods and process coordinator, with responsibility for the development process, and reviews and inspections process.

I have worked with process management of a software design process and a document inspection process, and been leader of a local Software Engineering Process Group. I have also been working with teamwork, and the SEI Software Capability Maturity Model.

I have also worked for the product area IP Telephony.

My background

I have a Master degree ("Sivilingeniør") in computer science and telematics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), now a part of Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Department of Computer Systems and Telematics.

The degree "Sivilingeniør" is a Norwegian degree in engineering that is close to a Master Degree.
